There are three new sausages available today:
The Maple Foie Sausage made with Berkshire pork, Hudson Valley foie gras, fresh sage, maple syrup, and black pepper, The Chive Sausage made with Berkshire pork, fresh chives, lemongrass, cayenne, ginger, and fresh cilantro, and The Wynwood Porter Sausage made with Berkshire pork, Wynwood Brewing Pop’s Porter, paprkia, mustard, and fresh garlic.
We are very excited with these new varieties, The Maple Foie Sausage is the ultimate in breakfast decadance, The Chive Sausage is spicy, sweet, and bursting with Thai flavors, and thanks to our buddies down at Wynwood Brewing, The Wynwood Porter is a rich, earthy, almost chocolaty sausage with just enough spice and garlic to make it the perfect choice for a tailgate or backyard BBQ.
The case is full today with nine different sausages, loads of Florida Wagyu Beef, heritage poultry and game, pork chops, bacon, and of course, burgers. For a complete and updated list please click here.
Thanks to everyone who has helped successfully launch our shipping program, we will be adding more and more varieties to the site as often as possible, look for The Wynwood Porter and The Maple Foie to be there soon.
