The case is full of sausage today, in fact we are offering ten different varieties including The Apple Bourbon, The Lamb & Rosemary, and The Chiang Mai. We also have a diverse selection of Florida Wagyu beef from Clewiston, FL and poultry from Ocoee, FL. For the complete and updated list of products please click here.
Shipping will be beginning next week, and with more events, more projects, and the holiday season, the shop (knock on wood) continues to be busier and busier. We encourage anyone interested in larger orders to contact us ahead of time so we can have your items ready to be picked up and to ensure that your needs are fully met.
We fully expect to be accepting orders online sometime next week, and we hope that the customers whom read this newsletter will some of the first to receive shipments. Feedback on your shipping experience will be crucial to the development of our systems so please do not hesitate to share your thoughts.
