Weekend Update — 2.21.15 SOBE Wine & Food Festival
Good morning friends,
As many of you know, this weekend is the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, and tomorrow night we will be participating in Andrew Zimmern’s Best of the Munchies: People’s Food Choice Awards.

On the menu for the event will be three sausages, The Fig & Blue Cheese, The Dub, and The Maple Foie. Please come on out to support all the local vendors who will be participating and help us take home the crown.
Today at the shop we are offering ten varieties of sausage, including The Mustard Sausage made with Berkshire pork, toasted mustard seeds, and white wine vinegar, as well as The Chive Sausage made with fresh chives, fresh cilantro, lemongrass, ginger, and crushed red pepper.
