It’s Spring Break. It’s Winter Music Conference. It’s Saturday at Proper Sausages.
Today we are offering ten varieties of sausage including The Maple Foie, The Country Apple, and The Chiang Mai. Today’s featured burger is The Butcher’s Cut Burger made with Florida Wagyu Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Skirt, Tri-tip, Chuck Roll, Eye Round, fresh thyme and porcini. In the coming weeks we will be participating in some local events so please stay tuned and help us support some great causes such as The Slow Food Movement and local nature conservation.
