Today we will be offering nine different sausages, including The Al Pastor Sausage made with Berkshire pork, dried pineapple, red onions, cilantro, ancho, and tequila, as well as The Thai Red Curry Sausage made with Berkshire pork, lemongrass, toasted coriander, fresh ginger, cayenne, cilantro, and lime zest. Our butcher cuts today include Florida Wagyu Filet Mignon, Ribeye, and Skirt steaks from Clewiston, as well as Berkshire pork St. Louis Ribs, and Rib Chops from Eden Farms. We also have Lake Meadow Farms chickens and chicken eggs.
Today’s burger is The Proper Bacon Burger made with Florida Wagyu chuck, shoulder, skirt, and The Proper Bacon. Speaking of bacon, we are offering three varieties today, The Proper, The Dub, and The Italian.
We are happy to feature a new pate: The Pate de Campagne is made with Berkshire pork, Berkshire pork liver, The Proper Bacon, fresh thyme & rosemary, porcini, and muscadet.
The Sour Pickles are just finishing up and are headed straight for the shelves, pickled cauliflower and pickled okra will be available next week.
