Good morning friends,

Today we are happy to offer 11 varieties of sausage, including The Apple Bourbon, The Chiang Mai, and The Lamb & Date.  For the complete list please check out the FRESH TODAY page of our website.

In other shop news, we will be holding a Beer & Sausage Tasting Party on this coming Wednesday, August 6th, at 7:15pm.  There are still spots left so please reserve yours today.

The next Wine & Sausage Tasting Party will be announced this coming week and again, spots are limited so if you are interested please contact us as soon as possible.

The rest of the case is filled with steaks, chops, and poultry as well as three types of bacon, and The Florida Wagyu Burger.

The Pate de Campagne, made with dried cherries and cognac is available as is The Dub Bacon Potato Salad, and The Sausage Ragout served over rigatoni for lunch or frozen by the quart to take home.

We have restocked our pickle section, Sour Pickles, Pickled Shallots, Pickled Okra, and Pickled Cauliflower now adorn the shelves in our new prepared foods refrigerator.

There is always plenty of mustard to accompany your favorite sausage, and the beer & wine shelves are full of perfect pairings for lunch and dinner.
